THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. very rude and condescending tone. instead of asking my mother to move her car further into the shop, the guy clapped and tried to call her over like calling a dog. No patience with us since the first minute of conversation and scolding at us when we have questions. There is a reason that their reviews are alot lower than nearby tire stores! beware and i would go to other places
This place is a nice in front of you but a stab you in the back shop. I've been coming. Here but this is the last time I wanted to deal with there deceit. I brought my car in and I had two brand new tires put on and ask them to balance them after mounting. They said yeah yeah I bring it in which I did and paid for it. Drove off got on the freeway.The car was shaking violently. Didn't have time to.
