I’m a full-time pre-med student and a first-time mom, so when my car gave out and I found out I needed a new motor, I was stressed. Miguel and his team were amazing! they helped me come up with an affordable plan, found a motor, and installed it quickly. My car runs perfectly now, and they made the whole process so much easier than I expected. I’m truly grateful and definitely recommend them!
Absolutely terrible experience with Miguel at Tire Town and Auto Repair! Miguel was incredibly unresponsive, rarely answering the phone, and when he did, he’d promise to call back in 20 minutes but never followed through. Days would pass without any contact, leaving us completely in the dark. Worse, he lied about taking our car to the Ford dealership for repairs. The only place I have ever gone to for car repair. They are fair, honest and transparent about the work they do. Proud to support a locally owned business.
Tried this place out to get my intake manifold replaced in my car but instead there was no work done and check engine light just got restarted. Confirmed $608 twice over the phone with Miguel and had to pay $730 at the place. I should’ve at least been told there will be fees included. Manifold never got replaced. Will let friends and family know not to go here
Went to get my car fixed and my car never got fixed. The check engine light is still on and the code for the same exact issue is still popping up. I paid $730 when I confirmed twice over the phone it would be $608 when I spoke to Miguel over the phone. I went back and waited almost 4 hours for them to tell me to come back another day. They also didn’t get started on it for the second time until I was already there for two hours. This is ridiculous & I wish I never came to this place
