Balanced and rotated my 20" wheels and tires, they cleaned the wheels for good sticky balancing weight adhesion, no shakes on the highway, good job guys.
I have been a customer of Ken and his crew at the Spokane South Hill location for 10 years. I've bought several sets of tires from them and have some routine maintenance done there. They are unfailingly polite and easy to work with. I recommend them without hesitation.
I just needed a tire patched up due to a small nail. I dropped my vehicle off and received a call that it was not fixable. I told them I had a fairly new tire and they told me to bring it in, no questions asked. It took me almost an hour to get the tire from my attic and get it to the store. Upon arrival and without any measurements etc., I was told the tire was too new and my only option was to buy a whole new set of tires. Tire-Rama follows the TIA standards when it comes to repair of tires. TIA is the nationally recognized guide lines for the tire industry. The nail hole can not be near the sidewall or within one inch of the tread edge. Just because someone repaired the tire and it has held up. Does not mean it was the correct repair. We practice the safest standards in the industry to keep our customers safe. My wife and I recently visited one of your stores in Spokane Washington *************is there number but as I was waiting for my wife in the car to pay our bill I notice one of there employee smoking weed in his car. Yes it is legal out there, but I have to be honest, I don't feel safe knowing my car was worked on my a guy name josh who is getting high in the parking lot. I'll never return, and I'm getting ahold of my local news channel to report this guy
Overall, Everytime I go in, I am greeted nicely and get amazing service!

I am so thankful to Mgr. Ken & his crew on 29th in Spokane. They have taken care of me & my Honda for 13 years. Always very professional & careing. Most recent on a misdiagnosis from Honda on a possible serious problem. Ken & his crew took the time again to check everything. They are a 5 for me. Thank you.

Had an awesome experience from the staff when me and my family were there yesterday, June 23rd. They were quick and were patient with my 2 small boys. They were wonderful and even gave them ice cream. Will definitely go back in the future! Thank you!

on the morning of 12-7-16 I bought a set of snow tires for my ranger pickup, and after receiving my keys back from the salesman, will clark, after failing to locate my pickup in parking lot I went back into the store to inquire where it was parked. after a different salesperson also couldn't see it, will clark then asked if i had looked at the far end of the front parking lot, so i said yes.
