I have been taking my vehicles to Tire-Rama for 4-5 years, primarily for purchasing tires. They have always done a great job for me. Their friendly customer service and honesty are beyond reproach, and whenever I have needed assistance, they have been there for me; many times as a courtesy and at no charge. Whenever I need my tires on my RV checked, they've always been there for me. Today while waiting for our oil change, I witnessed the gentleman at the counter (I believe his name is Brandon), not only offer someone a ride somewhere, but he allowed her to hold his arm walking across the snow/ice and he opened the vehicle door for her. I have always had great experiences here and have been meaning to leave a review/recommendation, and today I knew I had to make it a priority! Brandon is always so friendly, kind and willing to explain in mommy terms what’s wrong. Great company that supports the local youth here in Billings.
