Quick and reliable. They want your clientele! I told them a nightmare story about a bad tire experience from earlier that day, but they didn't bad mouth the Just Tires I had just driven from. They new I was peeved so they did what they could. I showed up 20 min before close and they took care of me. Good guys. I'm due for a new set in a couple months, guess where I'm going...
I schlepped in because of a flat tire indicator @ 7:30 AM. They found a nail and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. Nice work guys!
Tire Man is the place to go for tires! The guys are pleasant (especially Billy and Robert), efficient and they have great prices. I needed all four tires replaced and got a great deal all for $470. Every 5,000 miles, they will rotate the tires for free.
The waiting room is comfortable and interesting too. The owner raises parrots, so they greet you at the door. While you are there, the parrots are fun to watch. Overall, it is a pleasant experience & most people cannot say that about buying tires. Two thumbs up for Tire Man!
I'm not one to lightly hand out great reviiews but Tire Man provides THE best service.
This morning I just pulled up and informed them of a leak in one of my tires. They put the car on jacks, patched the flat and rotated the tires BEFORE i could even finish my protein bar - less than 5 minutes! It takes twice as long to get an In N Out Burger. And, this is not a single act. They perform this level of service all the time.
"I've been going there for about 5 years now for tires on all my cars. Free rotations, patches, no questions asked. Can't recommend a business more highly."
Finally, someone intelligent & friendly on the phone. Fast service and you guys stuck to your price quote!
