Mavis in *********************** mall ***** I will never let them have my business again. 0 stars review for incompetent employees and price gouging customers! I purchased 4 tires online as I normally do and took them to Mavis as usual to install. They gave me an install price of ****** for all 4! Just 11 months earlier they charged me ***** for the same job so I complained. The service representative agreed to the lower price so I went into the mall to shop and wait for my car to be finished. Horrible experience here They will not stand behind their warranty and do shoddy work by grossly overcharging customers, still having same issues (they REFUSE to address and repair).And the list goes on with this place.

This place is great! I called last minute to have my oil changed and they made it work without an issue. Everyone else was throwing 7+ days really! The price was fair, the staff is cool. They have a new costumer bye bye ***** and Mr *****

I do business with (mostly) the Mavis Tire on Little Rd. inHudson, Fla. (Shout out to *****)To sum it up, Mavis Tires are 5 star fantastic. Above and beyond. Truthful, great service, friendly, knowledgeable, etc etc.Think they bought Tire Kingdom and *****'s. They'll turn those businesses around, imo.Thx Mavis, they do well at a time when it's not the norm in our society *******************

I paid them to change my shocks, brake fluid, and coolant. None of this work was done. After a shock completely failed I returned to the dealer and found out they did nothing. I called and spoke to an employee named "Tim" who stated they were not responsible because I didn't bring the truck back to them. Excuse me for not trusting your shops grossly neglectful work.

Mavis Discount Tires ********** LOCATION If I could rate this company zero I would. My son went in for an oil change and they did not close the oil cap. Oil was all over the engine. We took it back to them and they said they cleaned it but they did not. The cap also caused a dent in the car because of where they let it.We gave them the benefit of doubt and went back another time to cha he the oil. This time they did not close the cap on the underneath. Oil leaked out.The car engine could have been damaged, time will tell.The... read more

Mavis Tires Review!!! Checked my tire and repaired it. I waited 3 hours. Then the flat tire light wouldnt go off and they said it was the sensors that the tires were ok. So I had a blowout on the way to work this morning. Terrible service here. Use someone else. No Stars

AVIOD THIS SHOP.We took our SUV to Tire Kingdom in **********, ** today 7/31 to have two tires replaced, however the Technician on-site ended up stripping one of the lug nuts while working on the car. So, now the wheel can not come off! They lied to us and said it was that way, which is was not, then told us to go figure it out because "they are NOT liable"!The experience was unacceptable and the Manager **** was completely un-professional in the way he handled this problem, they created.
