Took my car for tire work, they asked to leave it overnight. Next day I find out my catalytic converter has been stolen while the car was on their property.They are asking me to contact my insurance to get this fixed for $2000!I asked them to use their commercial insurance as it happened on their property while they were in possession of the car.They have refused.Looking now for legal options here.
The worker drove my vehicle and hit something and scratched my front bumper, fog light and bumper came lose. They refused to fix all the damages to my vehicle

Horrible service. I placed an order on a Tuesday for a Thursday 9am appointment. Tuesday afternoon I got a call from the center to confirm my Wednesday Appt. NO, my appointment is for Thursday, not Wednesday. When I got to my appointment on Thursday the person working there takes my info, goes out to my car to get mileage. Avoid at all costs mavis route 211 **********. Took over two hours to install 4 tires. These guys just stand around and dont work. The tech removed one wheel then disappeared for 20 minutes. Same with each tire. They did not balance properly either and the car had a serious vibration. Horrible service

I wouldnt trust them with my kids tricycle. Went in to have one tire checked and an alignment. Needed new tires. Needed new tire rod. Needed new inner rod because they broke it. Didnt communicate parts were being delivered and not in stock. They didnt care about anyones time but their own. Like we owed them. Finally got my truck back, my seat is drenched.
