I have been dealing with this facility for many years. Most staff there know my vehicle and when I need service they are most helpful. Last night was no exception. Needed a new battery and James D. made sure I was getting a new one installed. He had one delivered and installed and I was on my way home in about an hour. THANK YOU !!!!
They do excellent service and are very friendly. They will give you the best service and help you out if you need to bring it back!
We had a tire that wouldn't make it home due to a large nail that was causing it to lose air quickly. We were turned away from even LOOKING at it an hour and a half before closing, saying that it was too close to closing time. We went to a competitor down the street 20 minutes before THEIR closing time, and they helped us. Tire Kingdom needs to learn something about customer service from their competitor!
This is the most awesome team! They always go above and beyond.
Amazing service!!!! We are vacationing in Florida, just around the corner from the shop, and we unfortunately had a flat tire. I called and they said to bring it over and they could get it fixed today - Within an hour they repaired the tire and there was no charge! I will forever, highly recommend this shop to everyone!!!!
