Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I went for an oil change on a Sunday and this was the conversation. Me: Hi! I came to get an oil change. Service Rep: Not today, you didn’t! We’re about to close. Me: Oh. It’s 3:20 pm. I thought you closed at 4pm. Service Rep: Yeah, but do you see these people waiting here? They’re not waiting for air. Recommendedhad an appointment, I was seen right away. didn't try to sell me a tire as I had a nail and they recommended the patch and explained how it is done and how it will prevent the air from leaking out.
I am about to go all Karen now. I walked in at 10 minutes until 4pm on a Sunday knowing they closed at 4 to arrange an appointment for tomorrow if a tire needed to be ordered (as usual). I ordered 4 new tires on October 28th with road hazard protection. I did not specify price preference then and decided to eat that mistake. Great service. Called them with a nail in my rental car tyre. No appointments available but asked me to call in anyway. Very friendly welcome, took key, complimentary coffee and about an hour later, tyre was sorted and with no charge. Outstanding service and would highly recommend.
A big shout out to the Tire Kingdom specialist who so very kindly put air in all my tires yesterday evening. Thank you!
These guys are super cool and the waiting room smells good. They patched my tire and didn’t even charge me. Filled them all up with air and put my spare away nice and neat. Bless. My new car service place ⭐️
