They told me appointment was at 1100 I called to verify and was told 1100 when I got here told me appointment was at 1200 didn't take vehicle in till 1215 not a happy camper at all.
Stan and Greg are always so friendly, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. I have taken my Toyota Tacoma to them for years. They do right by me every time. They don't sell a service I don't need but let me know what service the truck will need in the near future. The service is always done correctly by the mechanics. The whole crew gives exceptional service.
When your service requires more than a few hours it would be nice to know before the start the service so you are not waiting 9 hours with no idea it would be that long of a service. I would have made an appointment where I had a day to drop it off and pick it up instead of having to move appointments around because of the non disclosure of the amount of time for the service.
In and out fairly quickly with my oil change. The guys seem knowledgeable and made recommendations to me but I really didn't have the time. I will return to have those things done soon because he took a few mins and actually explained things when I had questions (I ALWAYS ask questions). �
Sucks, went in for tire rotation told me I needed new tires. And brake's and rotors. I am having a hard time with this. Because my tire's, brake's and rotors are not even 2 years old yet. I bought them at tire kingdom in kingsland GA. I don't travel alot. And don't stop and go as the tech told me that is why my brake's and rotors are bad. They are just a rip off. And I will never take my car there again.
waited 2 hours for an oil change with a scheduled appointment!! i thought having a scheduled appointment meant that i would get in and get out quicker.... not true. very very disappointing!
