Horrible customer service. How can the same vehicle fit the alignment rack one day and not the next visit. Seems to be an ongoing excuse if they dont feel like doing it.
RecommendedOutstanding customer service! Came in with less then an hour before closing after having a blow out on the highway. the team was fast, efficient and over courteous. They stayed late to finish the work to get us back on the road.

Bought tires on Friday two weeks ago, I brought my truck in on Saturday to get the wheels re balanced because is was shaking bad at highway speeds. Brought it in at 3:30 and they don’t close till 7:00pm. Told me that they couldn’t get to it till the am the next day. They had 3 stalls open and techs standing around. The tires came with lifetime balance and they can’t get to it. I want my money back!!
RecommendedWe live in Florida and had a blowout going home. They didn’t have our tires but sent someone to their Jacksonville location to get us two that we needed replaced. They totally went beyond helping us so we could get home safely. Thanks to Aaron and Greg and the rest of the crew. Awesome job.
