They were honest to tell me that the dealer (Toyota )were lying about my car needing new brakes (50%) � I know where I'm going to get my brakes done !
Came in at 8:30am for a simple oil change with an appointment turned into new brake pads.....ok that turned into......replace rotors turned into parts place sent us the wrong pads.....now it's 12:30 pm and still here. Horrible service I will never come back here!!
People are just rude!!! The manager here is not very personable, no cars here, 1 person at the location and he tells me an hour and a half wait.
