Good place to get tires and basic service..... Prices are usually fair and competitive, but my biggest complaint is time. They are usually so busy that you have to wait for hours to get tires or other work done!

NOT a friendly place, waited 3 hours with an appointment, while walk ins got in within 10 minutes, SUGGESTIONS, go in as a walk in, and you will get better service, all the way
We have been trying to get tire prices most of the afternoon 4/7/19, and Jacob keeps putting us on hold indefinitely! Happened 4 times.
I took my car into the Orange City location as a walk in for an oil change on 12/2 around 10am. Although there were no cars in the parking lot they said the wait time was 3 hours and the reason was because there were other appointments. I couldn't wait that long so I went home and looked to see if there were any appointment times later on in the day. There were two for 1pm and 2pm. I booked the 1pm online and got confirmation.
