I went in with no appointment and they got me in same day. Yes it took a while, but to be expected since others had pre-planned. They were very courteous and I would certainly go there again. (Orange City)
Scheduled my appt the night before. Was in and out in under 2 hours - got 4 new tires, alignment, balance....and they put my spare back. Great service
Over all a great experience with the exception of the time it took them to do my alignment. I was told 35-40 minutes and it took an hour and 10 minutes. Had I not been on my lunch hour I would not have cared. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
I came here 10 yrs ago. Have only used this place. experience always good. When I call and tell them what kind of vehicle I drive they remember me. Brian is the best. Everyone there is always kind.
We've always come here on our trucks and we've always been treated fairly and happy with the service and price.
I came in needing a tire plugged as it was flat and a simple fix. He said he can't, due to closing at 5 to make an appointment for Tuesday. Which they close at 6!!! And it was 3:45 when I came in! I said I don't live here and need it now. While my husband was calling places and called this exact location and said yes sir bring it in now I'll do it quick... so we drive around and then come back and my husband goes in and he says oh I can't do it now it will be an hour, wasn't your wife just here in that car....He simply turne... read more
