WORDS can not express the WONDERFUL OUTSTANDING service I received from TIRE KINGDOM. JAMES ALLEN you and your staff are the best. I had issues where NC put on the wrong tires, but Mr. Allen took care of me and I contacted the original shop and things were handled. I also have NEVER had my shocks done and HE recommended they be replaced, but gave me options. My military discount was honored as well. I literally rolled in today at 5:30 PM on the last puff of air my tire had left after puncturing it with a bolt about 7 miles earlier. Alexis calmly assured me he'd get it taken care of as he entertained my 2 boys (4&6) while I collected a days worth of backpacks and work stuff from my car. The store was stocked with puzzles and crayons and kept my kids entertained. Within 30 minutes Alexis had the tire patched and back on my car and I was on my way!!! I got a couple of good tires installed at a good price. The service was slow -- an hour and a half to install 2 tires, even with an appointment at 8:30 a.m. The service writer was not a people person. However, the waiting area chairs were comfortable enough. Glad I brought my Kindle.
I guess they are under new management and after three years I have to now search for a new place to get my car serviced ..... last week after my oil change I made an apt for this week to change the things that where wrong and I did not bring the paperwork with me and today there are additional items after I specifically asked to have my car checked last week and the guy is like it was a general tech that inspected the car not an actual tech ... whatever ... horrible customer service whatever !
I should have listed to the other reviews and not come here. I got new tires and a alignment and they screwed up on both. Tires were horribly out of balance and about shook my car apart at 70 mph. They said my camber wasn't adjustable, but after a short online seach, I found that wasn't the truth. AND they destroyed one of my lug nuts and wanted me to pay for it. I'm not letting them touch any of my vehicles again.
