Buyer Beware, I purchased tires in May of 2021 and found out in October of 2021 (from BMW when I brought my car in for oil change) that 2018 tires were put on my vehicle. Tires are not to be sold after 3 years due to warping from improper storage. I took my vehicle back to Tire Kingdom on Narcoossee and they told me that best practice for their corporation is to sell tires up to 5 years old and not disclose this to the customer. Asked them to check my vehicle before a trip pulling my camper. The guy filled my tires to 100 psi when my tires are rated for 80psi. Long story short tire exploded and tirekingdom made every excuse and even blamed me of over filling my tires. a update my father went there against my advise and replaced his tires. He asked them to save two of the old tires which is his property. When he went in the morning they gave him one tire. customer service sucks. I walked in stood there and bo answer. Then I hear I'm watching star wars now. So I waited , looked at a magazine to past the time. bam another customer comes in stands where I did I gets full service. I'm standing here like WHAT ?!! go figure I'm black he's white hmmmm
RecommendedI've been to Tire Kingdom a few times as my car often needs a variety of services. I've always received excellent customer service and the staff has always been quick to assist. I'm usually hesitant when searching for car services as I'm not very knowledgeable about cars, but they break down each system and explain the necessary fixes. Definitely recommend!

I visit this location often for services and my visits are always pleasant. The last visit was the BEST. I was concerned about a noise my car was making and more worried about potential cost. Dave Watson truly helped me out. Just based off of my description of the noise he was able to not only tell me what it was but that there was also a recall for the issue. Highly recommend. I am particular about who works on my car, had heard good things about this Tire Kingdom location from recommendations on community groups. They saved me over $200 on a set of 4 tires, and did a fantastic job on the alignment. Even though my car wasn't in their computer, they went the extra mile to make sure they had the proper information to do the job right.
