Jorge Giron is always a pleasure to work with. I drive from another town to go there because of his customer service and knowledge.
Technician was great. They were understaffed on a Saturday and weren’t honest with their waiting time prediction. I waited 4 1/2 hours to get 4 new tires put on, balanced and alignment. I think they were trying to be helpful by giving me a deal on different tires than I wanted but they weren’t very good at explaining how and I ended up paying more. Not going back there again, I lost most of my day and missed out on getting other important things done.
The staff was awesome and the manager Brian went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! I am very pleased with the work and will return in the future for my automotive needs. Thanks again!!
They knew we were having an emergency and did nothing to help. Told us we would have to wait 3 plus hours. There was nobody else there waiting
First experience with them was when I got a flat tire (turned out I shredded the crap out of it since I didn't notice it was flat), and while they didn't have my tire in stock (my tire isn't all that common yet) they replaced it with a spare and disposed of my tire without any charge whatsoever. And while everyone else around me had a 5 hour wait, they did it in under 2 hours even though I didn't schedule an appointment, which was nice. I should probably learn to change my own tire, maybe one day. �
I pulled in with a flat 15 minutes before closing, but Nathan and his crew took good care of me. Tire plugged within 15 minutes, and they didn't even charge me. I will be back!
