Don’t ever go to this place. I’m here now. I had a 1pm appointment to get my two rear tires replaced. My car finally went up on the lift at 2. Now...at 4pm the guy comes out and asks me for a wheel lock for my tires to get them off. Seriously?? My car sat up on the lift for 2 hrs (+1 waiting) and you just come ask me. Spent 4 hours there bought 4 brand new tires and an alignment now have to go back today for a re alignment because my steering wheel is crocked the manager Ed and the Regional District Manager Tim Hart horrible customer service. Don’t care about people’s time or money spent at their Altamonte store. So aggravated right now. I don’t have time to go back up there for another hour for their mistake 😡😡😡

Dear Tire Kingdom you should have a bay open just for oil changes all day along with folks ready to come in when someone calls out. Yet you lose business because folks don't have all day to leave their cars because you are short handed. Not to mention I had an appointment. SMH in disgust.
Couldn’t even figure out how to open my hood. Didn’t have the tool to change my oil filter (I found that out an hour and 15 min after being there). I’m late for work.
Went in for a plug on my tire do to a screw. They switched a new kelly edge with a dead federal. No wonder the tech kept glancing at me. Thanks for the free fix but I feel like I was cheated. Can’t figure out why. These guys are experts at the bait and switch- oh wait no, well yes because I lost my new tire. Just be aware and alert. Know your tire before you hand it over. Check it as you leave. Be sure. Thankfully they did replace it with the same size and it’s not fully at the point of serious problem just replacement. Plea... read more
