While the staff was nice, I'm extremely disappointed with this location. Never have I ever had to sit and wait 3 hours for an oil change with a tire rotate and balance. Usually, most places check to make sure they have the replacement oil/filter BEFORE they start. But nope, all other fluids checked, tires done, old filter taken off and oil drained when they then realize no filter. Had to wait for Napa to bring it to them - which wouldn't have been too bad if it was ordered from the beginning, not at the end. And to boot, I w... read more
It started as soon as I was walking up to the door, diaper bag and my 6 week old baby in my arms. I don't know his name but he was one of the mechanics working that day, but he could clearly see that my hands were full and had the door open and waiting for me! My appointment was at 9 am and Andrew greeted me and got my car ready to be taken back quickly. I went and waited in the lobby area and the TV wasn't working. Guys were great, got oil changed and they automatically rotated my tires. What a plus. Friendly convenient service. Will be back.
