NEVER go to @tirekingdom on San Jose. My daughter went in for a tire plug and they told her No she needed FOUR new tires. Nice of them to try to take advantage of a young female. She went to Sun tire and they are patching it. I’m sure they wouldn’t appreciate someone taking advantage of their child that way.
told 1 price, told tires where in stock, told if I brought car right away i would be in and out. 2 1/2 hours later ..tires dismounted and no tires in stock. I am stuck here. then they show me a higher price
I am literally sitting in their lobby right now. I was quoted one price online (part of the buy 2, get 2 free promo). However, when I get to the store, the guy behind the desk tells me that the tire I chose is not part of that promo. I explained that I clicked the link on the website and it only gave me 2 options to chose from. Now my quote is going from $276 to almost $500 for the same promo. They will not honor online prices. I am ending up with one tire, standard installation for $94. What a rip off!
Horrible!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Made an appointment for 2 tires & an alignment 5 days ago. The job is slated at an hr and a half. They took the car in at 8:45 . After an hour & half I was told they are waiting on the wheel weights and haven't even done the alignment yet. Now, if you know you are doing a job isn't it best to have the part the customer needs for it ready to go. Now, I am going to be late for work.
