My car was recently worked on at Tire Factory and it came back better than new! All 4 tires had to be replaced, along with alignment and such. I got my car back in the middle of the snow and ice, and I've never felt more safe and secure in my car. Mr Keltner, whom helped me pick out tires, has excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable in getting my car the safest tires at an excellent price. I have had work done on multiple vehicles over the years and will continue to go back. The level of service is great! Not just the service on the car, but as well as the customer service from the employees. Thanks everyone at Tire Factory for keeping my vehicles on the road!
The only auto service business I ever go to. They will take great care of you and make you feel good about your car breaking down. Not an easy job with me. I refer to them as my "husband in a box" crew. As long as I have the Tire Factory Team on my side, I know I am safe & sound.
Nice group of people. Friendly and helpful. Kept me in the loop about the work being done to my vehicle. Will be going back again for work in the future
