Good tires but you'd figure that with $65 for an oil change they'd remember to tighten the drain plug! 😧

RecommendedThe Richland Tire Factory provides the BEST service. I got a nail in my nearly-new tire this week, went to a different tire store for service and was told it was irreparable and I needed 4 new tires. Luckily, before dishing out the funds, I got a second opinion at the Tire Factory. They told me it was an easy patch and did it at no charge. From now on, the Richland Tire Factory will always be my first ‘opinion’ and choice for service. Thank you Dan!!
Dan Nelson is the only person I trust besides myself when it comes to my vehicles and there needs. He’s extremely knowledgable and one hell of a human being. He cares more about making sure you get what is needed instead of feeding you a bunch of crap about things your car/truck doesn’t need.
