i have been here twice and both times they messed up… had a car with aftermarket wheels to install. i didn’t know the wheels were already mounted and balanced because it was all still in packaging. they rebalanced them without telling me and caused a vibration because their machine was messed up and made the balancing off. went to get a refund and they said i couldn’t… second time, went to get new tires for an suv and they wrote down the wrong tire size and installed the wrong ones. wanted to charge an extra $200+ for the ri... read more
The team here was exceptional, had me in and out. Que the manager was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of.
Great customer service, the manager Que and others were very helpful and were knowledgeable about questions I had concerning Chevy Tahoe. They did an excellent job on the oil change and tire replacements.
The staff was very courteous and got me out in a timely manner.
Highly recommend! Great work and customer service!
