Very misleading, claimed they had a special on breaks $99. I get there Saturday morning and they check my breaks. Instead of the mechanic explaining they have a woman to tell us that I need new rotors and breaks $299 each front and back. I was about to take the deal until my fiancee said hell nawl, I'll do them. Long story short, we went brought brakes, put them on for less than $50.
After buying and having a brand new set of tires mounted and balanced, one of them leaked. (All four tires and wheels holding air fine before going to Mavis.) Went to get it fixed after paying for the new tires, (had to go back three different times) they wanted to charge me extra to have it fixed. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
They find ways to charge you for things you don’t need or did not get your permission to do. I was told I needed a new battery when I had just had one installed six months earlier and that I needed new shocks. Pfff...It is a shame this is how they train their employees now. I will not be back as I do not like being duped or lied too.
