Came in was aggravated wit the vibrations on car the guys got me right & gave me a deal I’ll definitely be coming here from here on out
Made an appointment online for 10 am and work wasn’t started on my car until almost 11. Was told at 11:25 that all that had to be done is to put the oil in the car, and at 11:55 I’m still waiting. $120 for an oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wipers. Gave me “discounts” on the oil change and tire rotation to sell me the windshield wipers I didn’t want. No sense of urgency.
Mr. Randy was polite and very patient. He explained to me what I was purchasing and the longevity of my new tires.
