Husband had an appointment at 3p to get tires put on and he was there for 2 hours! What’s the point of an appointment... Plus they put 30lb of air in tires that needed 80lbs and also left the spare tire out after saying they were going to put it back under the truck.
Me and my fiance had a appointment at 2:00 today. Went up there around 1:30 and tell them we had an appointment at 2 today and the guy at the front desk told us that we never called to schedule an appointment yesterday that he can't do anything for us. What a joke.
Waiting over 2 hrs and still waiting had app at 11:30 . Job should not take 30 minutes . Plan on spending allot of time their .

Took my wife's 2008 Honda Civic with 130k miles in to get 2 new front tires and a alignment. Seen they have a oil change special for $29.95. Ask if I can get the oil changed and was denied because teller says it requires full synthetic. It's never had synthetic since I bought it brand new !!!!! This car has only had conventional oil from valvoline instant oil change. So happy my wife did not come or she would have been taken. Men don't let you wife come alone to this location !!!!
1 hour and counting to change a valve stem on tire with an appointment.
I’ve never had such fantastic service at an auto shop. Today is the third time I have stopped in with an emergency issue and they have taken care of me with a smile! Being a woman and needing help on your car makes you an easy target, but I never feel taken advantage of for being car-illiterate here! THANKS y’all!
