Tire Discounters did an amazing job! I worked with Paul who not only offered a great deal on a set of new tires but had me in the same day and changed out within just a few hours! No issues on pickup, my car had been inspected and there was no attempt to up sell other work as some other companies have attempted. I had 4 tires put on here in 2017, I chose Tire Discounters for the lifetime free rotation and the tire repair incase I got a nail or anything. I was really happy with my tires when I bought them but when I went there today to get an oil change, tire rotation and two tires patched (they have been leaking for months), I picked my car up and immediately noticed that my tire pressures hadn’t been checked and when I got home I realized that the tires had never been rotated and they hadn’t been plugged at all, as far as I can tel... read more
Had to take my explorer to my brother-in-law, who is a mechanic, to fix the poor job of an oil change you did. A stripped piece and two other cracked pieces. He was surprised all the oil hadn’t leaked out and the engine seized up. Not to mention you didn’t change the oil filter, because the previous oil filter was still there from when he changed it. Will never recommend this place to anyone and won’t be back. Strongly caution anyone taking their vehicle here. Cost me an additional $140 to fix in parts. This place is a joke ... read more
You can’t get tires ordered there, when you get them you constantly have to put air in them, lastly the last time my husband took my truck for an oil change they didn’t rotate the tires like they said they did & I’m pretty sure after today my change oil light came on they didn’t even change the oil in my truck! Supposedly according to their sticker I have 1k more miles. Not according to my truck !
Sometimes they are unable to keep your appointment and will ask you to come back. They should call you before you come instead of waiting until you are already there. It’s happened to me three times. Service is often too slow.

Great service!!! Fresh coffee n snacks! Getting all four tires replaced and an oil change, so the coffee and snacks were wonderful for my wait. Staff is very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Service is quick and thorough. I got some great coverage and deals that come with my new tires too. I highly recommend!
