I hate to say but they like to take advantage of women. My mother in law goes in there to have a tire sensor replaced. gets told she needs $900 in tires because they are too worn down..... front two tires on the car are less than 2 months old..... they tell her the front two are worn down more than the back two.... DONE with Tire discounters and my family is too... we have spent a lot of money with this place but will never return....
Business Response:

We have strict policies in place to never oversell unnecessary items and follow MAP guidelines when making any product or service recommendations. We would like to connect her with a TD Rep to learn more and address these concerns, Eric. Would you mind having your mother-in-law send us her preferred contact information to tirediscounters.com/contact? We look forward to connecting.

Can’t say enough terrible things about this location. Always a 2 hour wait for a simple tire rotation. Even if you have an appointment. Terrible attitudes of the employees. Terrible customer service all the way around. Do not go here. Do not give them ANY business. You will be HIGHLY dissatisfied.
Business Response:

We take great pride in our craft and strive to have all of our locations operating at a high level. We make every effort to ensure that our services are consistent, Sherry. Thanks for alerting us to your experience. We apologize for the disconnect and would like to connect to learn more. We are pulling up your paperwork, but if you could, please send your preferred contact information (including full name) to support@tirediscounters.com or tirediscounters.com/contact. We look forward to connecting you with a TD team member soon!

This company is horrible. Do not trust them. I dropped my car off for an oil change. I called at the end of the day to let them know I was coming to pick it up. Not only had they not done my oil change, or the rotate and balance I requested (since I bought my tires there and it's supposed to be free), they handed me a couple thousand dollar quote for things they said were a "very big safety concern". They never bothered to call to let me know any of this before I showed up. Instead they let my car sit there all day for absolutely no reason. I left feeling extremely frustrated and stressed. Then, when I got in my car, I had to move my seat back forward and it sounded AWFUL. My motor felt like it barely had the power to move the seat anymore, and it was working fine when I took it in as I had adjusted it that morning after my boyfriend drove it. When I called the store to let them know this, they called me a liar. I then called corporate multiple times til I finally got a call from a manager. I missed the call and have been trying to get ahold of him ever since. It's been several weeks of me reaching out, leaving voicemails when his mailbox isn't full, and getting no response. I finally emailed them expressing my anger, and they had the nerve to say they've been "reaching out to no avail". Mind you this guy called me 1 time, as opposed to me having reached out 15 times. They do not care that they caused destruction to my property nor do I have any confidence they will try to right their wrong. Oh, and I took my car a couple weeks later to another business. There was no issue with my oil pan nor anything else (I asked them to check on everything tire discounters had me stressed about). I left there spending $120 for an oil change and a brake fluid flush. Tire discounters will lie to you to get your money. They cannot be trusted. I regret having gone there in the first place. Please do not give them your business.
