Steve is amazing! We have run into 3 major isssues with our vehicles in the past couple months and he gives us all our options and even found us a discount because of our employer. I would never go anywhere else.

OK place to shop. Store manager is abrasive. Otherwise meh
Horrible service. We had two Nexen tires bubble on is right at the 6k mile mark. When I went back the staff was very rude and unprofessional. Justin (I assume the manager) was the worst. Easy to tell he couldn't care less about my problem. He talked down to me and talked about this issue like it was my fault. I could see maybe one tire bubbling after a big pothole. But not both. When I walked out of the Hampton in Columbus & found my tire to be flat, Thankfully 4 employees at the Hampton were kind enough to help me change it & then the kind people at Tire Discounters on Stelzer Road patched & plugged it for free!!! I am experiencing great customer service & the most wonderful kindness today! What a blessing!!! Thank you!!!
