Horrible customer service and the road hazard insurance is a joke. I would never do business with them again. Do not buy anything from them unless it's the only option in an emergency.

Right now my husband is about to file a civil suit. They claimed to have done a tire rotation but my car has one black rim that hasn't moved from its original position (no rotation was done). They also said they would replace our headlight, and as night approached, behold, Cyclops! With these issues I seriously doubt they changed the oil. My husband drives a lot for work and this presents a major speed bump in his schedule. They kicked him out of the shop when he brought up these issues and pocketed our money. The staff are really nice. Got an appointment quickly. The staff did a good job in rotating the tires, however needed reminders to put a new sticker on the window and to rest the oil gaguage

I have always had a good experience with this location. I get ALL of my rotations, tires, changes, and other minor work done there. Staff is courteous, work is done on time. Can't ask for much else.
The entire experience at Tire Discounters was subpar at best. The best part is when they didn't put my spare tire underneath my car correctly hanging inches from the ground. Accident waiting to happen. Will never recommend.
When I was there, they were short staffed so I had a very long wait. But saying that, I definitely got the customer service I deserved. They were very apologetic and great at informing me about what was going on. I will always use them for my car!
