The employees were amazing. Our alternator went out on Highway and they got us in right away and replaced the alternator. Prices were very reasonable to other competitors. Got some squeeling coming from it now though after it was replaced so gonna call them and let them know.
Brought car back in after buying tires just a week prior as car seemed to have a tire losing air and pulling hard left after my so called free alignment. I was first here yet 3 people who came after me get serviced first. Bet if I was buying something things would be different.
Utter lack of customer care or service. Made an appointment and had to leave after an hour because my car wasn't pulled into a bay yet... Either they scheduled too many appointments or they're taking walk ins before their appointments in which case why make an appointment or even take them them in the first place.
