I had an 11:00 appt. For a rotation. My car did not get into a bay untill 11:58. My car was done at 12:14. Poor management. If you are using appts. Then use them. Not 1st come service.
Longtime customer since they opened this location. Great price, extra discount, and ready when they said it would be. Aaron was great!
Have shopped TD for years, today was not a great or typical day for them. Hope tires last until the bad taste of today’s experience is gone.
Oil change & tire alignment- 15 minutes- excellent!!
I had an appt for a tire rotation which took 1hr and 50 Min to be completed. This is an unacceptable amount of time. The employee at the desk was incredibly rude and the lobby was a filthy mess. I will not be back.
Service was great and the work was done in a timely manner.
