RecommendedI meant to leave a review a few weeks ago and skipped my mind. I cannot say enough good things about Tyler R and Jason C the service manager and general manager. They helped me out with an unexpected tire issue on my way home. Won't hesitate to return for future needs!
Poor work at site, poor follow up by management. Don’t waste your time or money with TD.
This particular place was the only place that could successfully diagnose what was wrong with our car. The gentleman took one ride in the car with my husband and successfully called out the problem and fixed it accordingly. Even though we live in Kentucky this is the Tire Discounters we will frequent for any car trouble we may have in the future.
I moved here from Pennsylvania about 5 years ago. I wasn't sure who to trust. TD was advertising free 4 wheel alignment with purchase of tires. That is unheard of in NE PA. They offered me the best price on tires and did the four wheel alignment. Recently they rotated, checked alignment and balanced tires on my daughters car. At a dealer it would have cost me $50 but they did it for free. I requested 4 alignment but it didn't need it so they didn't charge for it. They are honest and don't overcharge, ever. Great service! I had sway bar links replaced but the bushings went bad after a month. They replaced the sway bar links and replaced them with polyurethane bushings which are much better. I will always bring my truck here because they take such good care of it.
