I had a very good experience today at tire discounters. Brian Bennett, the general manager, went above and beyond to get my tire delivered from the warehouse quickly and the tire put on. I am very grateful.
I bought a new set of tires and rims from this location a few days ago. The person helping me was very knowledgeable and was patient throughout the whole process. If you are looking for that new stylish set up or need a fresh set of tires to suit your driving needs, I definitely recommend this location.
nice people but bought 2 new tires yesterday...this morning I have a flat. Guess who has to try to put on the spare so I can go back again today. and it's raining. I'm pissed.
I had front and rear brakes replaced there. Three hours and $625 later I drove away with squealing and grinding brakes. I called them after I left and was told that it was probably fine. I had to have their sloppy work fixed by the Dayton store on Brandt Pike. There is no excuse for half-assed worked.
Nicest salespeople around. Kyle is such a great manager. Followed him from Fields Ertel, he really cares about his customers! Will always return here. Thanks a bunch.
