Always reliable every time I have brought my cars in for service. This time, brought my grand mother in-laws minivan in because the steering wheel shook while in operation. I took it in thinking it would be the alignment and possibly something worse. I received a call from Brian in under 2 hours letting me know that 2 of the tires being as old as the vehicle, (20 years) and the other 2 being 11 years old were dry rotting and taking an egg shape which would cause the shaking. This is a great place. My low tire pressure light came on in my car. I took it there and they fixed it in no time. They were professional, courteous and very helpful. The lobby/waiting area was very clean. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to my friends and family.
Last week I stopped in to order 2 new tires. I asked Kyle Kovach ( the service manager) for a specific tire to match the front tires on the car. Several times he tried to get me to purchase other non matching tires even though I repeatedly told him I wanted the specific tire. He finally made a phone call only to tell me the tires were 400$ for two. They are 128 each on tire rack, and 121 on Amazon. At that point I asked Kyle if I brought the wheels and loose tires up what he would charge to mount them. He replied, “I don’t k... read more
