Chuck (and Lorin) just went way above and beyond in helping us deal with a long-time annoying problem in our car. We had the car serviced for brakes and calipers, but the air conditioning hadn't worked in years. We've had several mechanics look at it and none could find the problem. After we had already cashed out, Chuck went out and searched out the problem with our blower motor and, after twenty minutes had solved it! It's now working great :)
