I deal with the Maineville Tire Discounters location all the time and Emmy, their Service MGR, is absolutely the best at communication, responsiveness, organization, helpfulness, professionalism and always with a pleasant smile and disposition. She does a really great job! I will continue to use this Tire Discounter location as they always do great work, but Emmy makes each experience very satisfying.
Wonderful, friendly, and accommodating staff! Will definitely be back for any future car care!

I bought tires for my car and my truck on Friday. They said they needed to order both sets, so I left my car there over night, and it got "put on the board" for Sat. they called about noon on Sat.. I got there 5 minutes later. I was hoping my truck would have been "on the board "as well but it wasn't. I was disappointed I didn't get the call to pick it up till 4:40. I had just spent $1,2000, they knew my truck was going to be there but it wasn't scheduled till I got there.
Caught a nasty piece of metal in my sidewall on Black Friday of all things and the staff at Tire Discounters had me fixed up with new tire and out the door quickly. Thanks again.
This is MY GO TO PLACE!! The service is amazing! I have gone in thinking I needed a service, and their honesty took me by surprise. I was not charged for services that I did not need.
