So grateful for Noah and his colleagues for their thoroughness and accommodation. Came at 6:30 to check the air in my tires and they saw one of my tire was extremely low. Even though they were closing in 30 mins, they went ahead and fixed it. It's very rare to find that kind of customer service, so very grateful to them for making time for me.
I cannot thank Tire Discounters enough! My 16-year-old daughter had a flat in our neighborhood (just a mile away from the shop), but the damage was in the side wall, Fix-A-Flat wouldn't work & I couldn't get the car to them. They sent out Brett (amazing young man!) to the car, he jacked it up, took the tire to the shop, got us fixed up & drove back out to the car to put the tire on. Amazing service! Great service and fair prices. Took time to answer all my questions. Second time to buy tires from this location. You can't beat the free alignment with purchase of tire and they can do so much more NOT JUST FOR TIRES.

My Husband and I have been going to our local TD in Smyrna since they opened. Everyone is very helpful and they do great work very quickly. We also bought our last set of tires from them.
Tire Discounters was exceptional in recognizing how to win a clients business. If their 'first impression' was any indicator of how they operate, I wouldn't need to think about going anywhere else. BOOM!
This is a place nobody should deal with. They have no idea what customer service is. Will NEVER drive into any of their shops!
