This was my first time here and it was a great experience! I called the night before at close and got the first spot the next day. The final bill came in $10 cheaper than expected and got four new tires and alignment in a hour! Very happy. The gentleman that helped me was great. I’ll be Back for sure!!
This is my 2nd experience with Tire Discounters and for purchasing tires and couldn't be more pleased, the tires were ordered and installed with no problems.
Excellent service, would recommend to anyone. They multicheck your car and let you know if anything is of concern.
My husband took my car Saturday around 4 to get rotate balance on new tires and alignment,before I took it actually rode great so called Monday about this and had appointment for Tuesday well needless to say my vibration is so terrible that it's awful .Not pleased at 150 later and they can't seem to get it right.So now my step is call representative over them.
We are very disappointed in Tire Discounters. While my 81 year old mother was visiting from Illinois, having brake problems, my husband took her car in. As we have always used them for four years ourselves since we moved here. After taking back 3 times, still the same, $450.00 later we were told they would refund her money by the manager. Months later and going up the ladder, we are now told they will NOT refund. So we will pay my mother out of our pocket! Once again we received excellent attention and service when changing the oil and replacling light bulbs in our 06 custom GMC Sierra pickup. You also found and advised us of problems in the electrical system of which we were not aware. Keep up the good work!
Noah and Eric were Great! I had my 4 year old and 3 month old and they great care of us and had us in and out in no time! Thanks guys! You have one happy family and we will definitely be back!
