Been there twice. I mark my tires and wheel weights. They didn’t rotate or change the weights. Not going back there!!
I can only be honest... for a " family " owned company, I'm surprised how they seem more interested in making a buck than keeping me and my family safe... I brought my 2012 Ford E-350 Passenger van in on Thursday 8/23 complaining of an awful vibration and wobble I'm feeling throughout the van while driving at any speed... While on vacation we needed a tire rotation and were in the area of Smyrna. There were several tire places to choose from within a block of each other but I am so glad we chose Tire Discounters!! They were awesome! They got us right in & out super quick! Definitely going to keep Tire Discounters in mind when we need new tires!
I love this place!. I'm always treated with respect and kindness. My go to guy is always Brian Davis (amazing guy) very informative. Today I also worked with Mark Lewis this is the most polite man I've every met. I highly recommend Tire Discounters in Symrna and if you are lucky enough to work with these two men, your day will be complete. New tires and new friends!
Aside from the wait time, very pleased with service I always get.
Friday night on my way home from work and I have a nail in my tire the guys fixed me right up and got me on my way!!! thanks tire discounters I will be back!!!
