The crew in Spring Hill is experienced and professional. I have seen them take the extra time to do the job right on my cars and that is important. I will happily wait the extra few minutes for a professional job.

I went in with a new to me car to get my tires balanced. It was a pretty quick process (less than an hour). Lee let me know that one of my tires couldn’t be balanced due to a weak spot in the belt underneath the tread. Lee and the team went above and beyond to help keep my family safe after the dealership wouldn’t do anything about the tire. They were kind, helpful, and timely in their work. My husband and I won’t be going anywhere else for tires.
One of the employees that mounted the tires broke my stock TPMS sensor and I had to go back to the store 3 times to get a new one because they kept ordering the wrong sensor. This store didn't have the right computer to program the TPMS to my car so he told me to go to a Firestone store because they would have the right programmer. I will not be going back to this Tire Discount store. Not a happy customer
Went in for new tires that I had already set an appointment for. Lee and Charlie were both so nice and helpful, keeping me constantly updated on my car. Got a screw in a new tire a couple days later and Ken, I believe, helped me out then and was great as well. Will definitely be back when the tires need rotating! Or with my luck, get another screw/nail.
The lady at front desk was awesome and did everything she could to try to get my service done and deserves a raise. But their main tech told me silently "I just don't really wanna do it." All good though, I went to Gateway Tire and they did everything plus some and constantly kept me updated by phone and asked my input on things that would come up.
