Quick and efficient. Definitely going back.
They haven’t lost me as a customer yet. But my visit was very memory as the Main Breaker would get HOT & flip the lights out for about 40 minutes for every 20 minutes they was on. Lee kept apologizing to me and I keep telling him I had more patients than money. So after spending over $900 I will have to go back to get my line up. I just hope they get their breaker fixed.
My son and I were in Springhill for the day from out of town and in a pinch because we had to get to an appointment at Vanderbilt. During a nasty storm that morning I found a huge screw in my tire and it wouldn’t stay aired up. Mr. Lee went above and beyond to get my tire repaired and did so in such a timely manner we were able to make it to our appointment on time! My husband decided to try this place out. Over $600 and four hours later he finally got out of there. Never again.
I really am trying to do business locally in Springhill but, you guys need to step it up a bit. I can’t say enough about the effort that Will put out for me. He worked really hard on getting my problem solved. However, My vehicle was on the rack close to 2 1/2 hours to get a tire rotation. I thought that was a bit lengthy. I noticed that it sat untouched for long periods of time. Great service. Fast and professional. Large comfortable waiting room. Gave me a great discount and highly recommend!
The staff was courteous and friendly. Scheduled an appointment ahead of time and reserved tires ahead of time. Went in and was told my reserved tires had been sold. Had to choose another set. The wait was ridiculous. I went in for new tires and brakes at my scheduled time. Waited over 3 hours for them to tell me they did not have a lock hub nut to remove my wheels. Seems like they could have figured that out rather quickly. Not very customer focused on that one.
Guys were super helpful, friendly, and fast! Great benefits and convenience to getting your tires and car services taken care of! Highly recommend!
