I've always had great service until today. I went in for a simple tire rotation at 10am at 10:20 I saw my car being backed out and I thought great that's fast. Well finally after 30 more minutes of waiting and of Dave the manager and his employees talking and socializing I went up to the desk and said is my car done or what? Their response was a slight giggle and "Oh sorry yes". They had completely forgotten about me.
