I DID love it, but you just checked everything over 2 days ago, because I was hearing bumping and sqeaking after you installed a whole new set of tires. You said everything looked fine. But NOW, 2 days later, I have an audible leak in my BRAND NEW back tire. I'll be there tomorrow right after work and I haven't even gone anywhere. I'll continue 5 stars if you take care of this. Quickly. The leak is where the tire is against the rim, not the road.

Staff was friendly but called ahead around 8 AM to see if I could drop off my car at noon and have it ready by 5. Was told over the phone that it would be 90 minutes to 2 hours. I get there at 5 only to see that my car hadn’t even been looked at yet and waited for almost 2 hours to finally be out of there. A call to tell me you wouldn’t have it ready would be nice or setting proper expectations beforehand.

I try to always give benefit of the doubt but if I could give it less than 1 star I would. In 5 different trips I was sold a defective tire, sold the wrong type of tire (10 ply? Thanks kody!), needed rebalance and realigned TWICE. Only to get my truck back yesterday and realize they forgot a lugnut cover / "center cap cover". Pure incompetence. I recently bought a set of 4 tires for my vehicle, got a great deal and service was top notch. I even saved $70.00 on my installation with a $50 mail in rebate. Then I had another vehicle that needed it's tires rotated and without an appointment for that Tire Discounters was able to do my son's car right after my vehicle was finished. These tires weren't even purchased there and there was no charge for the 2nd car. Thank you Kody and the 2 guys that installed the tires.

I needed tires and an oil change before a road trip that came up suddenly. I called TD about 3:30 and asked if they could help. They had the brand of tire I wanted and had an opening by the time I could get there. I needed the work to be done by 5 so I could pick up my at work and get on the road. They delivered and I am one grateful customer. I even saved an instant $70 on the set of tires.
