Spent 2 1/2 hours waiting to have a flat fixed, after being told that it would take approximately 1 hr 45 minutes. At one point my car was pulled into a bay and it sat for 30 minutes, I asked for an update, and only then did they start to work on it. I had to wonder if I didn't ask how much longer would it have sat there. Very very dissatisfied with their service!!��
