Will NEVER set foot in this store or any other Tire Discounters again. Although I previously rated this store a 4, had been a customer for over 15 years, spent thousands of dollars there, the manager tried to cheat my wife by showing her contaminated brake fluid, supposedly from her car, and new brake fluid to persuade her to spend over $1000 in unnecessary work. Even the regional manager agreed it was a ruse. Guess what? The manager was "trained" and still works there!

I arrived there at noon and they were able to get me in that same day. I bought 4 tires which came with a rebate and free alignment. I was very pleased with the info they gave me and their attitude.

Work done was satisfactory (4 new tires) but the timing was not. I made an appointment for 11am and showed up at that time. They told me it would be about an hour and a half but since lunch time was coming up they said 1:30. I called at 1:35 for an update and they said it was being worked on and would be another 30 minutes, so 2pm, and that they would call when done.
