I was very pleased with thecork they did. It was just an oil change but they always check everything and mks sure im safe on the road.
Stopped in after installing a new steering rack, purchased the 3 years of alignments, and the following week got my new coilovers in the mail. They had me in and out in under an hour. Great people work here! Excellent customer service! Memphis especially!
Memphis and his staff were excellent. They explained why doing anything short off the necessary repairs would be a waste of time and money. They gave me an estimate of the service and there was no pressure or hard sell. Normally I use the store on Wooster pike but I was low on air in one tire and asked if they could look at it here. Frank over at Wooster is someone I trust and have known along with John Castle who left and was one of the best managers you had. They instilled a level of loyalty that has lasted for 30 years.
