Prompt and courteous service for a tire repair. Will go back for full tire replacement when the time comes
I had always dealt with the others Tire Discounters that was considered the old one on Beechmont Avenue. Staff there was very friendly, first impression at this new(has been open I think almost a year), was they weren't very friendly . Also after I dropped my car off with an appointment at 2:00pm, for a job that they told me would take about 2 hours, did not hear from them that same day at all. YOUR PEOPLE HAVE ALWAYS TREATED US WELL, WHETHER IT BE TO JUST CHECK AND FILL THE AIR IN OUR TIRES OR TO REPAIR THEM. YESTERDAY WAS NO DIFFERENT. MY REPAIRED TIRE SEEMS TO BE DOING FINE. WHEN WE NEED NEW TIRES WE WILL BE COMIMG BACK TO YOU. THANKS.

Normally I have a good experience but I found a coupon in my car for 50% off and oil change and it had no expiration date- I searched the whole thing to make sure. They would not honor it for me, I have been a long time customer and they should have honored it
Pro: Friendly staff, nice waiting area with child sized table and tv with kids shows, great sale prices Cons: Slow internet caused long check in, rotated tires without checking air pressure so I had to go back
The only problem I have is that they now charge you $30 per tire installation fee when it used to be free and they don't tell you that in advance. You find it out when you pay the bill. I'll probably check out discount tire next time and see how much they charge. Just another money grab.If you remember the commercials they always stated that there were no hidden fees.Bull Sh.
