Horrible service. Especially if you are a woman. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation (normally my boyfriend does this for me) & when they called me they said there was an issue with the control arms in the back, so they could not do the rotation. Nate I believe his name was, was incredibly condescending both over the phone and in person (also overheard him make a passive aggressive comment about another customer, after he wasn’t able to sell a set of tires). They don’t know how to align cars. I went to them for an alignment. I ended up at their shop multiple times trying to fix the issue. They called me to say that my car was ready. When I arrived, they made me wait an additional 30 minutes while they “double checked” the alignment. They said that they could not align it properly because it needed new lower control arms.
