When our granddaughter had a flat tire at Lebanon High School, my husband took the tire to Tire Discounters in Lebanon. The tire was repaired within 20 minutes, and my husband was impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff and the quality of work. Thank you!!!

it takes a lot to agitate me but when you don't call me back after you've been done with my truck for hours that's ridiculous. oh and maybe actually put oil in vehicles after your done with a oil change. my truck was still low on oil. also the man in charge there is the most disrespectful man I've ever met. you lost a costumer today and many others to i will pay the extra money to have Chrysler do my oil.

Worst customer service ever. Nick was so rude. I asked to speak with a manager and he said it was my fault that I didnt call to see if my tire was ready and I would have to wait a hour to get one tire put on. They never called me to say the tire was ready so therfore I could not make arrangements to wait. Apparently I have no life and have time to wait a hour for one tire to be bolted on. Don't ever go to this location. Other tire discounters are way better.
